The project aim is to gain international experience to address the lack of integration of andragogical and digital competences in the educational process of adult teachers and administrators working with vulnerable adult groups.According to good practices, to develop a digitalised learning environment based on andragogy for better integration of learners into the learning process and to open up opportunities to improve the quality of the adult learning process at the Centre.
The project was inspired by desire to improve the quality of adult education and training services in the Centre.It has been providing training for people who have previously dropped out of the sequential training system and for convicts since 2022.Teachers and administrators have a lack of experience of integrating adults with learning difficulties into the digitalised education system. International experience is needed to acquire the skills to integrate andragogical and digital competences.
