The project aims to: 1. To improve the managerial and foreign language competences of administration, board and project working groups' members, in order to increase the effectiveness of the organization and the implementation of adult education projects. 2. To increase the quality of services provided by adult educators. 3. To strengthen functional and core competences of learners by increasing the participation of adults in international activities.
The project aims to strengthen the capacities of the members, educators and learners of the Association "Viva Sol". In spite that the Association "Viva Sol" has successfully carried out educational activities for adults, organized trainings and seminars, there is a noticeable need to improve the quality of the activities carried out, update the forms and topics of training and educational events, improve the qualifications of educators and establish relations with new international partners.
