To provide students with practical skills in an international environment – 16 participants – and to give vocational teachers the opportunity to gain new ideas and acquire practical knowledge, so that these can be applied in their own institutions upon return during job shadowing activities.
The aim of this project was to provide practical skills to students of three specialties: vehicle repair training, decorative landscaping business training, and social worker assistant/individual care training. Sixteen students and two accompanying persons participated. In addition, four vocational teachers went for a one-week visit to learn about vocational training practices in Germany and Austria. The project was designed to complement theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
