With Smooth Operator, we wanted to explore how to communicate respectfully in a diverse environment — without pushing personal beliefs or unintentionally offending others. The project aimed to help young people and youth workers become more aware of their communication habits and how they affect others. The main objectives of the project were: *To raise awareness about communication styles and personal and cultural boundaries. *To develop empathy, tolerance, and respect for different opinions and backgrounds. *To reflect on how outdated or insensitive communication patterns can lead to misunderstanding or discrimination. *To improve youth workers’ competences in using non-formal education tools and communication-based activities. *To promote inclusion, equality, and respectful dialogue in intercultural contexts.
