Our project aims to elevate youth work practices by fostering cross-border collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity building. Through the international study visit, we seek to achieve several objectives: Enhancing intercultural competence among youth workers to effectively engage with diverse groups of young people; Improving conflict resolution skills to address intercultural tensions and promote peaceful dialogue; Promoting environmental awareness and sustainability within youth work practices; Empowering marginalized youth leaders in transitions to professional youth work; Building lasting partnership and network between Lithuania and Spain.
