The objectives of our project are to empower young Roma individuals in Vilnius and the surrounding region to actively engage in societal and democratic processes. Specifically, we aim to: -Foster participation: Encourage Roma youth to actively participate in decision-making processes and community initiatives, promoting their inclusion and representation in public life. -Build resilience: Equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to navigate challenges, overcome barriers, and thrive in diverse socio-economic contexts. -Enhance leadership and entrepreneurship skills: Develop leadership abilities and entrepreneurial mindsets among Roma youth, empowering them to drive positive change and innovation.. -Promote cultural awareness and appreciation: Foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of Roma culture, heritage, and identity, promoting intercultural dialogue and solidarity, also building new friendships with other groups of youth from Vilnius.
