The main objectives of the project were: 1) Raising awareness about climate change, the necessary transformation of our energy systems, socio-economic and political problems involved. Climate change is the most serious threat to human civiisation as we know it. Rapid electrification and phase out of gas, oil and other fossil fuels is the only way humans can sustain their societies, and thus bring prosperity to all nations, while taking away the monetary might of oil and gas-rich autocracies. 2) Involving the local population of Rustavi and showing them what solar energy is capable of. The explosive success of PV-power has not yet reached the broad population of Georgia. Showcasing them the practicalities of said power will raise awareness and acceptance among the Georgian people. 3) Teaching about the European Unions efforts and how everyone can get involved and be part of the solution. 4) Connecting youth from Europe and the European partner states and create friendships; 5) Sharing cultural experiences between partners and exposing them to the unique Georgian culture; 5) Creating long-lasting networks between the partner organisations; 6) Spreading awareness of Erasmus+ (including ESC, youth exchanges and trainings, exchange semesters and the like); 7) Having a good time together.
