Objectives

The primary aim of this project was to provide young people with the opportunity to recognize, develop, and apply their skills in meaningful ways, both during the exchange and in their future lives. Through a combination of non-formal educational methods and hands-on experiences, the project sought to empower participants, helping them grow stronger, more self-confident, and better prepared for the challenges they would face in their personal, academic, and professional lives. By engaging in a variety of outdoor activities and workshops, the project offered a space where participants could discover their strengths and learn how to use them effectively, fostering personal growth and self-awareness. The experience was designed to encourage participants to reflect on their behaviors in different situations, allowing them to identify areas for positive change and build skills that would be valuable in their future endeavors. Moreover, the project created opportunities for international and intercultural exchange, bringing together young people from across Europe. This exposure not only helped participants understand and appreciate different cultures but also promoted respect and understanding of diversity, preparing them for an increasingly interconnected world. In addition to personal growth, the project aspired to inspire participants to become ambassadors for the Erasmus+ program and similar youth exchanges. By sharing their experiences with others, they could encourage peers to participate in such programs, multiplying the impact of the project and spreading its values of mobility, solidarity, and European integration. Ultimately, the goal was to provide youth with the tools, confidence, and mindset to navigate their futures with a sense of purpose, awareness, and openness.
