First, the primary goal was to enhance the professional competitiveness of employees working with various educational programs in Valmiera Municipality. By participating in international mobility, employees had the opportunity to acquire new professional knowledge, improve digital skills, and learn innovative work methods. Second, to strengthen partnerships within the Hanseatic city network and fostering long-term cooperation in terms of educational programme availability and development.
In Valmiera Municipality various institutions are involved in educational programs, including Valmiera Museum, Valmiera Library and Tourism Department. The project serves as a response to the growing need for continuous professional development and the ability to adapt educational content to the demands of diverse audiences. These institutions face the ongoing challenge of keeping educational services engaging and relevant, especially in an increasingly digital and international environment.
