In the area of strengthening the culture of adult lifelong learning in Sigulda county, it is important to promote the access of adult educators to international knowledge, skills and abilities, thus promoting the availability of a "basket" of high-quality adult lifelong learning services in the county and promoting the reduction of barriers to the involvement of adults (including participants with fewer opportunities) in adult educational processes.
