Continue the KPR ADU initiative by participating in short-term study mobility programs outside Latvia, acquiring new knowledge, learning innovative methods, improving foreign language and professional skills, getting international Erasmus project experience, strengthening self-confidence as a EU citizen, getting to know the EU single adult education space and expanding it in Kurzeme at both the organizational and regional levels to promote the development of a unified adult education environment
The KPR voluntary initiative, which we have been implementing for more than 10 years, involves coordinating adult education, developing learning habits, and shaping adult culture within the organization and the region. We primarily involve KPR employees, municipal adult education coordinators, and adult education volunteers to ensure a continuous learning and development process that can spread these habits more widely throughout the region.
