Main objective of the project is to expand participants horizons and obtain valuable experience on the international enterprises to increase their motivation to study and improve professional and personal competences. By participating in the project, educational institution desire to raise overall prestige of RTU Latvian Maritime academy Maritime School and to promote it among future applicants as a member of the Erasmus+ program.
RTU LMA Maritime School has participated in mobility projects that had a positive impact on the professional growth and motivation of students. They gained valuable experience and understanding of how obtained knowledge at the educational institution is useful in real working conditions. Mobility experience served as an inspiration for everyone, motivating them to acquire new knowledge and ultimately graduate. Our goal is to instill inspiration in every student to pursue these aspirations.
