RTU LMC plans to improve: the international experience and language; the quality of educational content, methods, and tools, and develop international cooperation. Participation in courses will contribute to the improvement of teachers, develop new ways of teaching and increase international thinking; promote the development of students' competencies by providing opportunities for internships abroad, thus ensuring sustainable cooperation between RTU LMC and other foreign organisations.
The project aims to provide VET students with the opportunity for long-term and short-term learning mobility experienced abroad, to ensure the development of the institution's staff and the quality of management competencies, education, and training according to world existing tendencies. As well as to become an active member of the European network of Erasmus+ organisations.
