The first aim is to increase students' learning motivation through the improvement of professional skills, engaging in student mobility training, strengthening/improving basic skills and transversal skills, strengthening students' understanding of the European dimension of vocational education. The second aim is to shadow work in order to gain new experience, methods and approaches for improving the learning process and student achievements, raising self-confidence, improving the curriculum.
The project is our first step in improving the quality of initial and further professional education and training using European experience, strengthening European teaching and learning practices. The experience gained in the activities of the project will allow to improve the content of the vocational education programs of our school, raising the motivation of students, the professionalism of teachers, the prestige and accessibility of vocational education at the outer eastern border of Europe.
