The main goal is to improve quality assurance and foster student mobility across European borders, shaping modern policies with targeted strategic commitments and fundamental values (academic freedom, institutional autonomy). The goal is: 1) Credit transfer ECTS to make course work transferable between European HE institutions; 2) quality assurance and internationalization, 3) promoting of European cooperation in quality assurance, aligning with the standards set by EQAR (The European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education). ECA has worked out Quality assurance portal LOGOS (https://logos.kra.lv) aligning to standards of EQAR, deepening academic integrity, institutional autonomy, and teachers’ active participation. We are searching for specific university programs which can analyze the personality. We are interested in more detailed understanding of Social Agenda of European Higher Education Area (EHEA). We want to be innovative, structured, and focused in understanding European HE policy. The collaboration with Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is a continuation of ECA’s cooperation with Israel since the 1990s. By 2023, the ECA’s Strategic Plan includes an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement with Ben-Gurion Univ.
