The main goal of the project was to encourage young people to overcome language barriers, to raise their interest in other cultures, and to give them opportunities for personal growth in multicultural communities, including new environments. The specific objectives were: Breaking the language barrier – helping young people to become more confident in presenting themselves and their speech, using a variety of practical methods and approaches. Strengthening and disseminating knowledge of foreign cultures – giving participants the opportunity to learn more about different countries and their traditions directly from peers, while discovering something unfamiliar and unique. Learning foreign languages and dialects – introducing young people to different languages and less familiar dialects, which could spark new interest in language learning, improve their knowledge, and help them in travel, relocation, communication, or daily life. Overall, the project aimed to support young people in overcoming the fear of communicating in non-native languages, to foster tolerance and curiosity towards diversity, and to prepare them with competences and confidence needed for their future studies, careers, and participation in society
