The aim of the project was to promote the improvement of the physical, mental and emotional health and well-being of young people, by helping them better understand themselves and try out different recreational methods. To achieve the desired goal, the following tasks were set: - by uniting young people from all organizations involved in the project and taking into account the interests and needs of young people, a youth exchange project should be planned and written; - a remote planning visit should be organized to discuss the project program and current issues; - a youth exchange should be organized, in which a group of young people and a leader from all partner organizations will participate; - during the youth exchange, informative material should be created, which will summarize the participants' experience and recommendations for improving health using various recreational methods; - the project should be evaluated both at the end of the youth exchange by all participants together and in the project working group; - the project results should be disseminated. During the implementation of the project, all tasks set to reach the goal were completed, which allowed the project goal to be achieved. During the project, attention was paid to the physical and mental health of young people, as well as to their overall well-being, by trying out various recreational practices and thus providing an opportunity to gain tools that can be used in the future in everyday life, so that young people are healthy, feel good and generally improve their quality of life. Since the aspect of self-knowledge and self-expression is important in the concept of mental health, we also placed emphasis on these issues, inviting young people to get to know and understand themselves better through various activities and thus feel safer and more confident about themselves. Developing this skill also plays an important role in creating awareness among young people about their role in society and active civic participation. During the youth exchange, a digital informational material was developed, which summarizes the experiences of young people and recommendations for improving their physical, mental and emotional health. With the help of this material, a wider audience is also given the opportunity to learn about the youth exchange process and the opportunities to improve their own health. The material has already been published on the website of the Baltic Regional Fund and on social media, thus giving anyone interested the opportunity to download the material and use it for their own needs.
