The project aims to equip library staff with knowledge and skills to prevent bullying and cyberbullying. By understanding the types and signs of bullying, fostering empathy and inclusivity, and developing intervention strategies and anti-bullying policies, the library seeks to support students and teachers, promote a safe learning environment, and build a culture of respect and resilience.
The National University Library "St. Kliment Ohridski" in Bitola is a public institution actively engaged in adult and youth education. Facing increasing peer violence and cyberbullying, especially after COVID-19, the library launched educational workshops with schools. Through this project, we aim to strengthen our staff’s capacity to support students and educators in preventing bullying.
