The main aim of the project was to increase the mental well-being, resilience, and professional capacity of youth workers across five countries—North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Serbia, the Czech Republic, and Turkiye—by integrating innovative, art-based, and movement-based methods into youth work practices. The project objectives were: Combat the growing issue of stress, anxiety, and burnout among youth workers. Enhance the capacity of youth workers to support the mental health and resilience of young people, especially those from vulnerable or marginalized backgrounds. Equip them with tools and methods to deal with stress and anxiety and prevent burnout. Encourage the use of dance, body movement, and art therapy as tools for leadership development, stress relief, and emotional expression. Equip youth workers with new work practices, methods, and hands-on tools to improve the well-being of young people and, at the same time, develop their competencies. Create a collaborative, intercultural space for youth workers to exchange best practices, co-develop innovative project ideas for local and international youth initiatives, and establish sustainable partnerships. Share lessons learned beyond the consortium through online (interviews) and face-to-face activities in the participants' communities. In summary, the project aimed to empower youth workers to support better themselves and the youth they serve by enhancing their mental well-being, resilience, and professional capacity through innovative, art-based, and movement-based methods; equipping them with practical tools to address stress and burnout; and fostering an intercultural environment for collaboration, skill-building, and sustainable partnerships across five countries.
