Promote Spirit Tourism and Cultural Identity: Preserve Culinary Heritage and enable Cultural Exploitation. 3. Foster Regional Cooperation: Strengthen cooperation and knowledge exchange between European countries, enabling sustainable collaborations in the spirit industry and tourism.
