The "AI-Driven Youth Engagement: Empowering Youth Workers for the Digital era" project aimed to strengthen the digital competencies of youth workers and equip them with the tools and knowledge to effectively use artificial intelligence (AI) in their professional practice. Our goal was to help youth workers adapt to the rapidly evolving digital landscape and engage young people through innovative, inclusive, and ethical approaches. The main objectives were: 1. To equip youth workers with essential digital and AI-related skills—such as data analysis, automation, and the use of AI-based tools—to better navigate and operate in digital environments. 2. To promote the responsible and informed use of AI in youth work, supporting youth workers in applying AI tools for communication, learning, and outreach activities. 3. To encourage innovation in youth work by introducing AI-powered methods that enhance personalization, creativity, and inclusion, while ensuring alignment with ethical principles and human rights. 4. To foster international collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange among organizations from Malta, Lithuania, Greece, Hungary, and Ukraine, enabling the creation of sustainable partnerships and sharing best practices across borders. Through this project, we aimed to empower youth workers to become more confident, innovative, and digitally competent actors in the youth sector.
