Our primary objective is to enhance the integration of Equity, Diversity,and Inclusion (EDI) in adult education institutions, centres, non-profits and SME, thereby pioneering transformative and sustainable workspaces for the future. Through the "EDI as a CSR:Navigating Future-Ready Workspaces with DDAL" project, we aim to develop and disseminate innovative methodologies, and best practices that empower organizations to cultivate work environments that are not onlycinclusive but also responsible.
