We aimed to strengthen InTouch’s staff and organisational capacity so the NGO can remain sustainable and resilient to social and economic challenges and can improve its impact in adult-education and social engagement projects both at local and international level. Our specific objectives were to strengthen project management, fundraising, marketing/dissemination and improve staff's language (French/Italian) and digital skills. Further we aimed to establish and deepen our European cooperation.
InTouch (2018) is a small Amsterdam based NGO combining intercultural dialogue, gender / equality / sustainability education and community building. We run a permaculture community garden in Amsterdam engaging refugees, migrants and residents. Internationally we are involved in adult‑education projects, university networks and EU networks such the NEB. As we grow, staff, systems and partnerships needed strengthening; this mobility project boosted skills, capacity and cross‑border collaboration.
