This project aims to implement the Norwegian National Quality Framework for Career Guidance, aligning with European social justice objectives. It will enhance career guidance services for working adults, focusing on tailoring interventions and tools to address specific challenges such as maintaining employability. Trade unions will strengthen their role and position in providing career guidance, leveraging their direct access to low-skilled workers and promoting an inclusive labor market.
