The main objective of the project was to strengthen youth workers and to jointly explore the role and position of youth work within the Erasmus+ programme. In addition, the project aimed to stimulate solidarity between partners and youth workers, and to provide methods for them to develop tailor-made activities that respond to the interests, needs and challenges of young people. The project brought together partner organizations from the Western Balkans (WB), the Eastern Partnership (EECA) and several EU countries. These organizations are active in youth work and/or volunteering and have experience with non-formal learning and working methods. A diverse mix of experienced and less experienced organizations was deliberately chosen, with a shared interest in European cooperation and a similar development history within youth work.
