DalPro wants to have professional supervisors who can use guidance methodology adapted to the individual's needs. We want to be an attractive organization for adult learners who need adaptation in working life and assistance in life skills.
DalPro is applying for this project to strengthen our supervisors' competence in career guidance, competence development and promote values such as inclusion and tolerance. We want to give our adult learners experience of inclusion, independence and mastery. DalPro wants to be part of a professional European network and seeks to expand and multiply the opportunities for adult education.
