We have 3 main objectives for this project: 1.Build the capacity of our adult education staff both to retain and attract staff. 2.Strengthening basic skills both for our staff and to provide teaching focusing on strengthening the basic skills of students. 3.Cultural understanding and creative teaching
We see through the participation of our sister organization DalPro and our experience in collaborative projects that participation in this program gives us good experiences and we become a strengthened institution to provide future-oriented teaching of adults. We want to give our employees the opportunity to strengthen their cultural understanding, develop their skills and learn new ways of teaching. By adding an international perspective to our teaching, we can also become more inclusive.
