By participating in other teachers' teaching practices and hearing about the work with the school environment at another adult education, we want to assess and reflect on our own practice. Consider what we can develop in our own practice to make the learning environment the best possible for participants with high stress. Increase awareness of how teachers in another European country with different frameworkfactors do to establish a good learning environment, and learning in a new country.
Our project is about the importance of the learning environment for learning and development of adult immigrants. We are an organization which consists of adult training and refugee services which has a strong focus on how to create a health-promoting learning environment for the participants. Through job shadowing, meetings and reflection with educators from another European country, it develop the professional community and create a common understanding of a good learning environment.
