One aim is to create increased motivation to become a skilled worker by increasing the relevance of professional certificates by highlighting other practices, professions and career paths. It is a goal that the mobility project should contribute to developing more robust young people with a better capacity to withstand training and occupation. One goal is for the mobility project to contribute to the exploration and new use of digital tools by both students and teachers.
We have applied for this project to send students on mobility projects in Europe when they attend Vg2 vocational subjects. We want to use this as an opportunity to create enthusiasm, learning, mastery and reality orientation around the subject they have chosen. We want most people to go out as apprentices and become skilled workers, and see the opportunities that internationalization provides.
