PRO aims, through international mobility, to give our apprentices the opportunity to gain international experience and become familiar with other countries and their cultures — through language, society, and working life. Many of our member companies operate in an international market. Most importantly, we aim to increase the attractiveness of pursuing a vocational qualification. There is a shortage of qualified workers, both in Norway and across Europe.
PRO Vestland Training Office is a training office for companies within the fields of technology and industrial trades, sales and service, administration, and media production.Our vision is: “PRO makes it easy and safe to be an apprentice and an apprenticeship company.”We recruit apprentices for our member companies and support them throughout their journey — from applying for an apprenticeship to becoming skilled workers. In 2024, PRO had 120 apprentices and approximately 130 member companies.
