This project was essential in addressing the widespread issue of discrimination in both society and schools. Discrimination based on ethnicity, gender, disability, or socio-economic status limits opportunities and perpetuates social inequality. In schools, this often results in unequal access to resources, support, and educational success, with marginalized students at a distinct disadvantage. The project responded to these needs by raising awareness, promoting empathy, and fostering inclusive practices. It aimed to equip educators and pupils with the tools to recognize and combat discrimination, ensuring a more equal and supportive learning environment. By addressing these challenges, the project contributed to creating a society where diversity is celebrated and every individual, regardless of background, can thrive and reach their full potential. All the participating schools faced challenges related to this issue.
