The objectives for this project were: Participants acquire personal skills Participants grow confidence in themselves Meeting with participants from different countries, cultures and social conditions: make them discover different perspectives, experiences, points of view. Knowledge and Confidence of taking action to raise their voice, opinion with structure way participate actively democratic and civic life engagement Our exchange focused on providing young people key competencies such as teamwork, leadership, critical thinking and communication. To achieve that we had to focus on informal learning such as workshops, debates and intercultural dialogue. It also provided the possibilities to acknowledge cultural similarities and differences of the three group nationalities by exchanging tradition, way of thinking, talking and behaving. There was also the space to improve languages competencies, all these aims on the same line of achievement of the Erasmus + itself and Youth Exchange category. The goal was creating a project that helps reflect over similar challenges as youngsters, but also to realise how many youngsters have a hard time standing up for themselves and raising their voice. This was most often because of the lack of resources, support and facilitation. We discovered that a lot of youngsters have a really strong engagement, but don't know how or struggle with finding a way to use the engagement in their daily life. We truly believed that our youth exchange is the perfect opportunity to promote learning mobility of individuals and groups, with a focus on fewer opportunities’s youth to make them experience a dedicated space for them to cooperate, having quality time, inclusion and equity mindset. The aim was to link every aspect of our activities to the Erasmus programme objectives, as it is also our value project’s concept to be focused into providing excellent, creative and with awareness about youth participation of democratic policies life by using the field of education and training.
