Educational and cultural foundation strengthened soft skills of staff and learners in the context of the functioning in psychological sphere through education in EU training institution. Project included applicable European priorities, which served to raise the level of quality of the foundation's work, and to establish international cooperation. The aim was to internally strengthen the resources of the staff and learners so that they could use their potential more fully, cope with challenges.
