The Foundation aimed to develop the cultural and linguistic competences of its regular listeners, break down social barriers and strengthen the positive image of the European Union. Another goal was to broaden the horizons of listeners from rural areas who had never participated in mobility programmes before, and to develop the organisation institutionally by establishing international cooperation and expanding its educational offer. The project objectives were achieved.
The KASZËBI WE SWIECË Foundation operates in rural areas of Kashubia (Nakla and surrounding rural municipalities) and supports adult education through language, cultural and intergenerational activities that refer to local heritage. The project enabled 20 participants to take part in a mobility programme in Tenerife, where language and cultural workshops were held. The beneficiary collaborated with local rural women's clubs and a foreign partner to promote Kashubian heritage and European values.
