Implementing this project aims to improve quality of non-formal education of seniors, including those with fewer opportunities, and to activate and develop the intellectual abilities of 8 participants through participation in foreign group mobility. Moreover, it assumes development of ecological competencies and emotional intelligence of at least 3 of our staff members by participating in professional courses organized by our foreign partners from Portugal and Spain.
"In harmony with nature, in harmony with yourself" project is our Foundation's response to the needs for non-formal education of seniors. We strive for a constant development and adapting to the surrounding reality. That's why the staff needs to be up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field of ecology and sustainable development, as well as to develop their soft skills. Thanks to the financial support, we will be able to provide an even higher level of of educational services.
