Our main intention is to strengthen the organization's potential to work even better for our target group, i.e. women. We want to achieve this by increasing the competences of the staff and engaging in the mobility of our students. Our goals are: • Increased language competences • Increased competence and knowledge in stress management • Increasing the level of knowledge and skills of staff in the field of new methods of operation • Support for adult learners - women with fewer opportunities
We are applying for funding because this project aims to strengthen the Foundation's potential in activities for the target group: women in difficult life situations. The implementation will allow for increasing the competences of the staff and improving the level of knowledge and skills in the field of stress management and taking care of well-being. Financing the project will enable us to achieve our goals and will have a positive impact on the quality of the Foundation's activities for women.
