We want to: increase the competitiveness of the School, internationalize its work in Erasmus+ in the Adult Education sector, by organizing student mobility and international courses for teachers. Reduce early school leaving by developing soft skills and broadening students' educational horizons, and giving teachers the tools to achieve this goal. Support students at risk of social exclusion by developing their key competences.
ZSCKU in Gronowo has been maintaining international cooperation with vocational schools from several countries since the 1990s. However, we lack contacts with European schools for adults to internationalize the school's work in the area of mobility of LO for Adults students. We see the need to support students at risk of social exclusion, who constitute a large percentage. We want to increase students' life chances by developing key competences and give teachers tools to support them.
