The project focused on achieving four main objectives: 1. Improving the quality of education and expanding the range of services for adult learners; 2. Enhancing English language skills and personal development of adult education staff; 3. Strengthening staff competences in working with disadvantaged and socially excluded groups; 4. Developing the foundation as an effective organisation in the field of adult education and inclusion.
The inCREA Foundation is a non-governmental organisation based in Lublin and Warsaw, active in education, social programmes, professional activation, and personal development. The project (15/08/2024–14/02/2026) targeted staff involved in non-vocational adult education. Eight participants completed four courses (5 training days + 2 travel days) in four partner organisations across the EU, strengthening their competences.
