The project has 4 objectives: 1.To develop linguistic competence to use educational materials in English and communicate with foreigners 2.To develop skills in the use of digital tools, including artificial intelligence, to better meet the needs of learners 3.To learn the design thinking method in teaching to make trainings more attractive 4.To develop self-presentation skills to provide high quality educational services and increase staff confidence.
The project responds to the needs of the educational staff of Foundation according to its strategy to develop the competences of the staff and new forms of support for learners. The needs analysis indicated a need to develop language skills to facilitate work with foreign learners and the use of training materials in English. Trainers aim to enrich their trainings through new methods: AI, design thinking and self-presentation to tailor training and motivate learners with fewer opportunities.
