The aim of the project was to expand the range of training courses for adults, including those with low qualifications, by preparing and implementing two new training courses. The project also aimed to develop the Office's international cooperation and improve the skills of 12 employees in coping with stress, conflict resolution and the use of e-learning tools. All project objectives were achieved.
The Voivodeship Labour Office in Katowice provides career counselling and organises training for employees of district labour offices, the education sector and the Office's clients. There are approximately 77,000 unemployed people registered in the Silesian Province. In response to the growing demand for free counselling and training support, the Voivodeship Labour Office is developing its educational offer, focusing on personal development and reducing barriers.
