The project aimed to enhance the competences of the Lublin Regional Tourist Organisation (LROT) staff in engaging and educating seniors, introduce modern methods of working with older adults, and develop their language and intercultural skills. The project also strengthened LROT’s organisational capacity and contributed to the development of educational activities for local communities, particularly senior citizens.
The Lublin Regional Tourist Organisation (LROT) is a non-governmental organisation carrying out educational and promotional activities for local communities. The Erasmus+ project “European Context of Regional Educational Activities” aimed to strengthen LROT staff competences in working with seniors, including educational methods, intercultural awareness and language skills, while enhancing the organisation’s capacity.
