The aim of the project was to strengthen the competencies of the Association's staff in working with adults at risk of social exclusion by acquiring modern educational methods and tools. We wanted to increase the effectiveness of our programs by enhancing the motivation, knowledge, and skills of participants, as well as to develop international cooperation in the field of social inclusion.
The "sQteczni" project, implemented by the Association for Development and Assistance "Q Zmianom," aimed to enhance the competencies of staff working with adults at risk of social exclusion. For 20 years, the organization has been supporting education, social integration, and psychological assistance for people with fewer opportunities by offering workshops, training courses, and individual consultations.
