Improve the linguistic, methodological and substantive competences of ATEna staff in working with seniors in the area of developing their interests and non-professional competences; establish cooperation with new institutions that work for adult education, including seniors, and lifelong education; enrich ATEna's educational offer for the local adult learning community; strengthen ATEna's position on local educational markets.
