The aim of the “Face to Face with the Future” project is to improve staff and participants’ competences in mental health, support for adults in crisis, and professional activation. The project includes gaining knowledge about mental disorders, developing a methodological guide, preparing an inclusive workshop programme, and strengthening participants’ social and professional skills.
The Silesian Foundation for Socio-Professional Development Juventas supports the social and professional integration of adults, including those at risk of exclusion. The project “Face to Face with the Future” enhances staff and participants’ competences in mental health and professional activation through courses, job shadowing, workshops, and the creation of a methodological guide.
