The aim of the project was to enhance staff competences in working with seniors, particularly in the areas of education, social, digital and vocational activation. The project also focused on identifying and adapting international good practices, developing international cooperation, and strengthening the organisation’s capacity to create modern, accessible, and needs-based educational and social offers for older people.
Apure – Association for the Development of Regions operates in the field of adult education and the activation of seniors. As part of the Erasmus+ project, staff participated in job shadowing mobilities, gaining insight into good practices in education, inclusion, and support for older people.
