Objectives

The aim of our project was to enhance the quality of vocational education by organising high-quality internships in Spanish companies, enabling students to acquire new, practical, profession-specific skills, develop language and soft skills, and increase their employability. We sought to bridge the gap between theory and practice, strengthen communication and intercultural competences, and foster greater integration of young people within the European environment.
