The project was aimed to develop students' and teachers' digital competencies, support their technical and soft skills development, develop collaboration and adaptation in a new environment, use European tools to validate students' qualifications and encourage them to build their own portfolios, develop Strategy for the Internationalization of Education at ZSE, develop and implement a School Inclusion Strategy and promote environmentally friendly and civic behavior.
ZSE is vocational school. It comprises technical and vocational schools. In 2023/24 school year, 646 students attended. Project was aimed at technical school students (vocational school does not offer apprenticeships) and teachers. Goal was to increase quality and attractiveness of vocational education through comprehensive activities, supporting development of students' and teachers' competencies through apprenticeships at foreign employers’ and digital skills training course for teachers.
