The aim of the project was to develop the vocational, linguistic and social competences of students studying in the fields of food and catering services, hotel management and logistics via participation in one-month vocational traineeships in Italian companies. The project helped increase students’ independence and develop their ability to work in an international environment. Project helped to strengthen staff competences and the organisational capacity of the school.
Powiatowy Zespół Szkół nr 2 im. Marii Dąbrowskiej w Sieradzu is a public upper-secondary school providing vocational education and training. The project “Europe – My Future 3” enabled 29 technical school students to complete one-month vocational traineeships in companies in Italy and one vocational teacher to carry out a 5-day job-shadowing mobility. The aim of the project was to develop students’ professional, linguistic and social competences and to improve the quality of vocational education.
