Five goals were expected to achieve by participating in the project. 1-3: Vocational training in the EU labour market was intended to develop students': - professional skills at all occupations taught at ZSH Bydgoszcz; - professional language skills; - IT competencies. 4. Job shadowing in partners' institutions was intended to enhance professional skills of vocational teachers in all fields offered at ZSH Bydgoszcz; 5. European identity of ZSH Bydgoszcz was expected to be strengthened.
Project: Young Professionals and Their Mentors Shaping the Future Organization: Zespół Szkół Handlowych w Bydgoszczy Vocational areas: Technician in Sales/Advertising/Fashion Industry/Port and terminal Operations/Sound Recording/Styling and salesperson in Vocational School Mobilities: two-week professional internships in Ireland/Spain for 25 students. Participants - 20% of students from each vocational area taught in ZSH Bydgoszcz, including 50% with fewer opportunities
