The project implemented within the framework of Erasmus+ accreditation by the Health related Organization for Promotion and Prevention (HOPP) included three activities which together formed a comprehensive response to current health, social and educational challenges faced by young people and youth workers. At the same time, the project contributed directly to the objectives set in the organisation's accreditation activity plan. Our main goal was to implement practical, interdisciplinary solutions supporting youth wellbeing and improving the quality of inclusive and health education in Poland and across Europe. The overall objectives of the project were to: -increase the quality and outreach of health education among young people and educators; -develop innovative educational tools applicable in various environments and countries; -promote mental, environmental and social health as integral parts of educational activities; -strengthen international cooperation through networking and the exchange of experiences among educators, youth leaders and young people. The following three international activities were carried out: 1. Training course “Learn to Grow, Grow to Lead 2” – aimed at educators and youth leaders. The objectives were to: - strengthen competences in non-formal education, particularly in communication and creative thinking – key in everyday youth work and in designing engaging learning processes; - expand knowledge of innovative approaches to youth work, including holistic methods that support mental, emotional and social wellbeing; - build social bonds and relationships by applying group methods, developing empathy and interpersonal skills; - improve training and facilitation skills – participants had the opportunity to lead workshops, receive feedback, and increase confidence in working with groups; - promote the exchange of experiences and good practices – the course created space for international dialogue and shared learning. 2. Youth exchange “Think Green, Breathe Green, Live Green!” – focused on the interconnection between health and the environment. The goals were to: - raise awareness among young people about how natural environments impact physical, mental and social health; - promote healthy habits and pro-ecological attitudes; - strengthen social and civic competences; - encourage youth participation and local-level action through street campaigns prepared and implemented by the participants in public spaces. 2. Training course “Try&Connect: Work It Your Way”– focused on the practical application of non-formal health education methods in youth work. The objectives included: - testing and implementing educational tools – particularly the StartNow+ modules, which promote wellbeing in areas such as mental health, stress management, social relationships, physical activity and disease prevention; - developing facilitation competences – participants practised leading sessions, tested new workshop formats, and improved their ability to support group dynamics; - applying a reflective approach to education; - promoting a holistic understanding of youth education, integrating physical, mental and environmental health as key factors of development; - fostering networking and exchange of good practices – the training brought together educators from Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, the Netherlands, North Macedonia and Poland, laying the foundation for further international cooperation.
